Love never happened.
Stability never worked.
Restlessness never settled.
Expectations never fulfilled.
It’s the life
of an uneven soul.
With no feeling
except for herself.
With the unspoken desire
for stability never found.
The runner
escaping from hope.
With the wisdom
of experience
that she will never find
what she feels
because she is not meant to be.
